Dear
Prospective Member:
At
the bottom of this page is a link to an application form for membership
to our Club. Please print the form, complete all requested
information, and mail the application plus a check for $100 to the
address indicated on the form.
The application
should be completed, signed and mailed to us at SRV Swim &
Tennis Club, P.O. Box 443, Saddle River, NJ 07458, together with a
check in the amount of $100. The $100 payment will be applied to
the membership fees you will be expected to make at the time your
application is processed for membership. If you withdraw your
application, $50 will be refunded to you.
You
will be notified of your acceptance and you will be required to
remit within 10 days from that notice, full payment of the capital
contribution, initiation fees and dues. If this payment is not
submitted within the 10 days, the offer of membership will be
withdrawn.
Currently the Capital Contribution is $2,000.00 (refundable upon
your resignation,) the Initiation fee is $2,000.00 and the yearly
dues are $600.00.
