		CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS

Please familiarize yourselves with these Rules and Regulations.

This is only a partial listing of rules and regulations - a printed copy of the full set is available from the office.

If you have any questions, the staff is there to help. Watch the bulletin boards as you enter the pool for special notices.

Please keep in mind:

No member will be admitted without their picture ID membership card. This policy will be strictly enforced. Only immediate family members residing in your home are eligible for membership cards.
Park between the lines in the lot
Black-soled sneakers are not permitted on the hard courts. Additional rules are posted - please read it
No running
All food must be consumed in the snack bar area. Please be patient.
Non-swimmers are not permitted in water over their heads unless accompanied (not merely supervised) by an adult
No one is permitted to push another into the pool
Diving only in designated areas when guarded and no diving in water less than 5 feet deep
Children in diapers are not permitted in the big pool
Toddlers must be accompanied into the bathrooms
Smoking is not permitted
Parents must supervise their children at all time
Members must report and sign in all guests upon arrival at the Club. Guests may not gain entry to the club unless accompanied by a member. Children under the age of 12 may not sign in guests. A member may not have the same guest more than 3 times in one month. Birthday parties are restricted to 15 guests with the supervision of 2 adults. They must be scheduled with the pool manager at least one week in advance and may be held on weekdays only. Clean up is the responsibility of the member/host.
We have a lap lane set aside for those interested in a cool workout - take advantage of it!
Adult Swims are called at the discretion of the Pool Manager to allow for a childfree swim and, at the same time, to rest weary swimmers who may not leave the pool on their own.
Our children really enjoy our new playground area. Please remember that the children must be supervised by an adult and free of sand before entering the pool. The play area should eliminate the children’s need to build “forts” with the club furniture that is not only dangerous but also destructive. Please do your job as a parent- pool furniture may not be used as toys.
Prior to your first visit, all fees and late charges must be paid. All fees and charges are payable by the due date on your statements. Failure to do so will result in finance charges and eventual termination of membership. Since we are a member-owned club, delinquent accounts affect all members of the Club. Please pay your bills on time in fairness to everyone.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. No child under the age of 12 will be permitted to sign invoices for guests.
On occasion, swim meets and other special events necessitate changes in the pool hours. Watch the bulletin boards for special notices as you enter the Club.
